This is Jack. He is a jellyfish. One sunny day, Jack’s mom called out, "Jack! It’s time to eat!" Jack wiggled his tentacles and replied, "I’m so hungry, Mom! What’s for lunch?"
Jack swam swiftly to the dining area. His mom had made a wonderful jelly and jam sandwich. "Wow, it looks yummy!" Jack exclaimed happily. He could already taste the sweet flavors!
Next to the sandwich, there was apple juice in a big jug. Jack loved apple juice. "Can I have a big glass, please, Mom?" he asked with wide eyes. His mom smiled and poured it with care.
His mom said, "Don’t forget your jacket, Jack! The water is a bit chilly today." Jack looked puzzled, "I need a jacket? But I’m a jellyfish!"
"Every jellyfish needs a jacket when it’s cold, dear," his mom explained gently. Jack nodded but thought he would look funny in a jacket.
After lunch, Jack put on his tiny jacket. It was blue and sparkly! "Is it too snug?" he asked his mom. "No, it looks perfect!" she said, smiling.
Feeling warm and happy, Jack swam outside to play with his friends. "Look at my jacket!" he said proudly. His friends cheered, "Wow, Jack! You look so cool!"
They played tag in the bright blue water. "You can’t catch me!" Jack giggled, swimming faster with his sparkly jacket trailing behind.
As the sun began to set, Jack remembered his yummy lunch. "Thank you, Mom, for the sandwich and juice!" he said as they swam home together.
Jack felt glad. He learned that even a jellyfish needs to wear a jacket sometimes. And with delicious food and warm love, he was the happiest jellyfish in the sea!
