The Little Bird Who Asked Questions

In a big green forest, there lived a little bird named Bella. Bella loved asking questions. "Why is the sky blue?" she chirped one morning, flapping her tiny wings with excitement. Her friends, a squirrel named Sammy and a rabbit named Rosie, chuckled together. "Bella, you ask too many questions!" they laughed. But Bella just smiled, her curiosity shining bright.

One day, after a gentle rain, Bella spotted a beautiful rainbow stretching across the sky. "How do rainbows get their colors?" she wondered aloud. Flying higher, she sought the Wise Owl perched on a tall branch. "Wise Owl, why is the rainbow so colorful?" The Wise Owl smiled warmly, "Rainbows are made when sunlight passes through raindrops. It’s like magic!" Bella's eyes sparkled with gratitude as she flew back to her friends to share her discovery.

As Bella fluttered back down to her friends, Sammy the squirrel twitched his bushy tail with curiosity. 'What did Wise Owl say?' he asked, eager to learn. Rosie the rabbit wiggled her nose, her eyes wide with wonder. Bella chirped proudly, 'Rainbows happen when sunlight dances through rain! Isn't that amazing?' Sammy and Rosie nodded in agreement, their imaginations painting pictures of sunlight and raindrops playing together in the sky.

Feeling inspired, Bella decided to explore more about the magic of rainbows with her friends. 'Let's find the end of the rainbow!' she suggested with a gleeful hop. Sammy scampered along the forest floor, while Rosie bounced alongside him with Bella soaring above. They giggled and played as they followed the colorful arch, their hearts full of excitement and their minds brimming with endless possibilities. But wherever they went, the rainbow seemed to stay just out of reach.

As the sun began to dip below the horizon, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink, Bella and her friends rested beneath a tall oak tree. 'I guess rainbows are meant to be admired, not caught,' Bella mused, her voice soft with understanding. Rosie snuggled next to Sammy, who nodded thoughtfully. 'Some things are more wonderful because they remain a mystery,' he said wisely. Bella smiled, feeling the warmth of friendship wrap around her like the gentle glow of the setting sun. Together, they watched as the rainbow slowly faded, leaving behind a sky full of twinkling stars.
